A woman has tragically died after being hit by a truck in Begamganj of Noakhali. The deceased woman’s name is Nurjahan Begum (45). She is the wife of Md. Jahangir of Ganipur area of ​​Chaumuhani municipality of upazila. The accident happened on Saturday (November 16) around 4.30 pm in Railgate area.aint is received.

According to police and local sources, Nurjahan Begum left her home in the afternoon and went to Chaumuhani Bazar to see a doctor. The victim was hit by a truck while crossing the road at the rail gate area of ​​the Feni to Noakhali Regional Highway in Chaumuhani Municipality. He was seriously injured. Locals immediately rescued him and took him to Begumganj Upazila Health Complex where the doctor on duty declared him dead.

Begumganj Police Station Second Officer Sub-Inspector (SI) Krishna Kumar Das confirmed the matter and said that legal action will be taken if written complaint is received.
