BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said that Awami League looted the bank before August 5. And after August 5, an Islamic group is occupying the bank.

He said this to reporters after paying respects at the grave of BNP founder late President Ziaur Rahman in Sher Bangla Nagar of the capital on Sunday (December 29).

At this time, he also said that during Sheikh Hasina’s tenure, S Alam was occupied, and now many people have occupied the bank as their successors. They are smearing the name of BNP by talking big. A group has taken possession of various things including terminal occupation in neighborhood and neighborhood.

Rizvi said that after August 5, people have seen the embezzlement of a political party. People know those who cut the leg veins. Opponents of 71 are trying to fish in murky waters. Not only neighboring countries are spreading false propaganda, two political parties in the country want to fish in muddy water.  He said that the opponents of 71 have tried to hunt fish in murky water.

Rizvi said, July revolution is the result of 16 years of uninterrupted movement. 97 working people were martyred while doing this movement. Rizvi commented that their contribution has set the whole nation on fire.

He also said that he does politics with Islam. Islam does not mean hypocrisy. BNP has never backed down from its commitment to the people. From 1971 to August 5, BNP never bowed its head on the question of democracy. Rizvi alleged that Jamaat wants to pardon Sheikh Hasina to improve relations with India.
