The tractor overturned and the driver died

A teenage driver died after being crushed by a soil-carrying tractor in Noakhali’s Companyganj. The deceased Ismail Hossain Shaheen (16) is the son of Abul Hashem, an Omani expatriate of Ward No. 8 of Charafkira Union of the upazila.
This accident happened on Saturday (December 4) morning at Royal Brick Field of Ward No. 8 of Charkankra Union of Upazila.
According to police and local sources, around 9 am, the tractor overturned from a pile of high soil while clearing soil for making bricks in the Royal Brick Field of Charkankra Union of the upazila. Shaheen fell under the tractor and died on the spot.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Companiganj Police Station Gazi Muhammad Fauzul Azim said that as there was no complaint from the family of the deceased, the body was allowed to be buried without investigation. A General Diary (GD) was taken at the police station in this incident.
