Citizens for Good Governance anniversary celebrations in Noakhali

The 22nd anniversary of Citizens for Good Governance was celebrated in Noakhali through various programmes. On this occasion, a procession, cake cutting and discussion meeting were organized in Noakhali on Tuesday (November 12). These events run from afternoon to night. Around 3 pm, a procession was taken out in front of the Noakhali Press Club with the participation of the leaders of Sujan’s district committee and representatives of various professions. The procession circled the District Judge Court Road and ended in front of the Press Club.
After that, the anniversary cake was cut in the Sahid Uddin Kochi Auditorium of Noakhali Press Club. Later, a discussion meeting was held on the theme of this year’s anniversary, “Create an environment for establishment of good governance through state reform”. It was presided over by Sujan, Noakhali President Molla Habibur Rashul Mamun Advocate.
Sujan, Noakhali general secretary Abu Nachher, vice president of district committee of Sujan, poet Akhtar Jahan Shelli, poet-writer professor Shirin Akhtar, convener of Noakhali civil rights movement advocate Kausar Niazi, member secretary journalist Jamal Hossain Bishad, president of Noakhali Women’s Rights Alliance spoke in the discussion meeting.
